Subway
From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Metro-North train station located at 1 Alexander St, Yonkers, NY 10701. Take the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. Get off at the 125th Street station in Manhattan. From there, transfer to the A subway line at the 125th Street station and go towards Far Rockaway. Get off at the High Street-Brooklyn Bridge station. Once you exit the station, walk towards the waterfront; Dumbo is a short 10-minute walk along the riverfront.

From Yonkers, you can take the Bee-Line Bus #1 towards the Bronx. Get off at the last stop, which is the Bronx Terminal Market. Transfer to the Bx6 bus towards Brooklyn and ride it until you reach the Jay St-MetroTech station. From there, take the A or C subway lines to High Street-Brooklyn Bridge station. After exiting, head towards the waterfront for a 10-minute walk to Dumbo.

If you are near the waterfront area in Yonkers, you can enjoy a scenic walk along the Hudson River Path. Walk south towards the Yonkers Pier and continue along the riverfront. This route will eventually lead you to the ferry terminal. From there, take the ferry to Manhattan and then walk to the nearest subway station to transfer to the A line towards Brooklyn, getting off at High Street-Brooklyn Bridge. Walk towards the waterfront for about 10 minutes to reach Dumbo.
