From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Transit Center located at 5 Main St, Yonkers, NY 10701. Take the Bee-Line Bus #1 towards New York City. The bus will take you directly to Manhattan. After approximately 30-40 minutes, get off at the 42nd Street stop in Manhattan. From there, transfer to the M34 or M34A bus towards 1st Avenue. Get off at the 1st Avenue stop at 26th Street. Walk east on 26th Street for about 3 blocks until you reach 240 E 26th St, New York, NY 10010.

From Yonkers, make your way to the Yonkers Train Station located at 1-15 Dock St, Yonkers, NY 10701. Take the Metro-North Railroad Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. After about 25 minutes, arrive at Grand Central Terminal. Once there, exit the station and head to the subway entrance for the 6 train. Take the 6 train downtown (towards Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall) and get off at the 33rd Street stop. From the station, walk east for about 3 blocks to 1st Avenue, then walk south on 1st Avenue until you reach 26th Street. Turn left on 26th Street and continue to 240 E 26th St, New York, NY 10010.

From Yonkers, take the Bee-Line Bus #1 to the 42nd St - Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. Once you arrive, head to the nearby subway entrance for the A, C, or E trains. Take the A or C train downtown (towards Brooklyn) and get off at the 34th Street-Penn Station. From there, walk to the 34th Street subway station and transfer to the 6 train.
