Getting There

• Public Bus

  From Yonkers, head to the nearest bus stop on South Broadway. Take the Bee-Line Bus #1 towards White Plains. Ride the bus until you reach the stop at Main Street and 40th Street in New York City. Once you disembark, walk east on 40th Street towards the East River. Continue walking until you reach the East River Piers at 6 E River Piers. The destination will be on your right.

• Metro-North Train

  Make your way to the Yonkers Metro-North Station. Purchase a ticket for the Hudson Line towards Grand Central Terminal. After about a 30-minute ride, get off at the Grand Central Terminal station. From there, follow the signs to the S subway line and take the S train towards Times Square. At Times Square, transfer to the 1 subway line towards South Ferry. Get off at the South Ferry station. Exit the station and walk east towards the East River to reach 6 E River Piers.

• Walking

  If you are staying in Yonkers, you can take a scenic walk to the waterfront. Start by heading south on South Broadway until you reach the Hudson River waterfront park. Follow the path along the river until you reach the Yonkers Pier. From there, you can take a ferry to Manhattan, arriving near the East River Piers at 6 E River Piers. This walk offers beautiful views of the Hudson River.

• Rideshare or Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct option, you can use a rideshare app like Uber or Lyft. Simply enter '6 E River Piers, New York, NY 10004' as your destination. The drivers are familiar with the area and can take you directly to the location. This is a convenient option if you are carrying luggage or prefer not to navigate public transport.
