Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal, follow the signs to the 42nd Street exit. Exit the station and walk east towards Park Avenue. From Park Avenue, catch the 4, 5, or 6 subway line downtown towards Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall. Get off at the Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall station, then walk west on Chambers Street towards Dey Street. Mercer Labs is located at 21 Dey St, just a short walk away.

From there, transfer to the M4 or M5 bus heading towards Lower Manhattan. Get off at the stop closest to City Hall Park. From City Hall Park, walk west towards Dey Street. Mercer Labs is located at 21 Dey St, just a few minutes' walk from the park.
