Bus
From your location in Yonkers, head to the nearest bus stop. Take the Bee-Line Bus #1 towards White Plains. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at the White Plains Metro-North station. From there, transfer to the Metro-North Railroad and take the Harlem Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. The train ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central, exit the station and walk towards 42nd Street. Turn right onto Park Avenue, and the MetLife Building will be on your left at 200 Park Ave, New York, NY 10166.
Train
Make your way to the Yonkers Metro-North Station. Purchase a ticket to Grand Central Terminal. Board the train heading towards Grand Central, and enjoy the scenic ride which will take approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Grand Central, follow the signs to exit the station. Once outside, head south on Park Avenue, and the MetLife Building will be located at 200 Park Ave, New York, NY 10166, on your left.
Walking
If you are near the Yonkers waterfront, you can enjoy a scenic walk. Start by walking towards the Yonkers Metro-North Station. From there, take the train to Grand Central Terminal as described above. Once you arrive at Grand Central, exit and walk south on Park Avenue for a few blocks. The MetLife Building will be on your left at 200 Park Ave, New York, NY 10166. This option combines both walking and train travel for a pleasant experience.
