From Yonkers, make your way to the Yonkers Metro-North Station. Purchase a ticket for the Hudson Line train heading south towards Grand Central Terminal. Board the train and enjoy the scenic views along the Hudson River. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 125th Street Station in Harlem, Manhattan. From any point in Yonkers, locate a bus stop for the Bee-Line Bus System. Take the BxM4C express bus towards Manhattan, which usually departs from the Yonkers area. Ride the bus for approximately 45 minutes until you reach the stop at East 42nd Street and 2nd Avenue in Manhattan. From there, walk south towards the East River and head east on 42nd Street until you reach South Street.
