    From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Metro-North Station. Take the Hudson Line train heading towards Grand Central. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the 125th Street Station in Manhattan. From there, transfer to the A, C, or D subway lines heading downtown. Get off at the 59th Street - Columbus Circle Station and transfer to the B or Q subway lines. Take the B or Q subway towards Brighton Beach and get off at the Prospect Park Station. From the station, walk east on Flatbush Ave for about 10 minutes until you reach Prospect Park Zoo at 450 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11225.

    From the Yonkers downtown area, head to the nearest bus stop for the Bee-Line Bus System. Take the Bee-Line Bus #1 towards New York City. Stay on the bus for about 30-40 minutes, then get off at the bus stop at Flatbush Avenue and Empire Boulevard. From there, walk south on Flatbush Ave for about 5 minutes until you reach Prospect Park Zoo, located at 450 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11225.

    If you are near the Yonkers Waterfront, you can walk to the nearest Metro-North train station. After reaching the station, follow the subway instructions provided above.
