Getting There

    From your location in Yonkers, head to the nearest bus stop. You can take the Bee-Line Bus #1 towards the Bronx. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the next departure. Stay on the bus until you reach the last stop at the Riverdale Avenue & 279th Street. From there, transfer to the express bus X1 towards Staten Island. This bus will take you directly to Staten Island. The journey takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic.

  • Train and Ferry

    Make your way to the Yonkers Metro-North train station, which is centrally located. Board a train heading towards Grand Central Terminal. Get off at Grand Central and follow the signs to the subway. Take the 1 subway line from 42nd Street to South Ferry. Once you arrive at South Ferry, walk to the Staten Island Ferry terminal, which is just a short walk away. Board the Staten Island Ferry, which is free and takes about 25 minutes to reach Staten Island. Enjoy the views during the ride!
