Bus
From any central location in Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Transit Center. Look for the Bee-Line Bus Service and take the BxM4C express bus towards Manhattan. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes, and get off at the 54th St and 8th Ave stop. From there, walk east on 54th St for about 2 blocks until you reach Studio 54 at 254 W 54th St.
Train
Make your way to the Yonkers Metro-North train station. Board the Hudson Line train heading towards Grand Central Terminal. After about 30 minutes, disembark at Grand Central. From Grand Central, you can either take a subway (S line) to Times Square-42nd St and transfer to the 1, 2, or 3 train towards 42nd St. Walk west to 8th Ave and then north to 54th St, or walk directly west along 42nd St and then north to 54th St to reach Studio 54.
Walking
If you are already near the waterfront or central Yonkers, you can enjoy a scenic walk to the Yonkers Metro-North station. Once at the station, take the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. Upon arriving at Grand Central, exit the station and head to 42nd St. Walk west along 42nd St until you reach 8th Ave, then walk north to 54th St where Studio 54 is located.
