Train
From Stamford Station, take a Metro-North train heading towards Grand Central Terminal. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central, exit the station and head towards the subway entrance. Take the 7 train toward Flushing - Main St. After 2 stops, get off at 34th St - Hudson Yards. From there, transfer to the C train and ride for 2 stops to 42nd St - Times Square. Finally, transfer to the A train towards Inwood - 207th St and get off at 59th St - Columbus Circle, which is a short walk from SPYSCAPE at 928 8th Ave.

At the Stamford Transportation Center, catch the Connecticut Transit Bus #11 to New York. The bus will take you directly to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. From the terminal, walk to 8th Ave and turn left. Continue walking north until you reach 928 8th Ave, where SPYSCAPE is located. The bus ride takes about an hour, depending on traffic.
