From any location in Yonkers, find the nearest bus stop that services the 'B-line' or 'B1' routes. Board the bus heading towards Manhattan. Stay on the bus for approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the '42nd St & 5th Ave' stop. Once you disembark, walk east on 42nd Street for about 3 blocks until you reach 5th Avenue. Turn left onto 5th Avenue and walk about 1 block until you reach 501 5th Ave. Uncle Sam's New York Walking Tours will be on the 7th floor.

Metro North Train
Head to the Yonkers Metro North train station. Purchase a ticket for the 'Harlem Line' or 'Hudson Line' heading towards Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central, exit the station and walk towards 42nd Street. From there, walk east on 42nd Street to 5th Avenue. Turn left onto 5th Avenue and proceed to 501 5th Ave, which is located on the 7th floor.

If you are near the Yonkers Waterfront, head east towards Warburton Avenue. Walk along Warburton Avenue until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and continue until you reach the Metro North Yonkers station. From there, follow the Metro North instructions as mentioned above. If you are in the downtown area, simply navigate towards 5th Avenue, and follow the previously described public transportation routes.
