From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Metro-North train station. Purchase a ticket for the Hudson Line towards Grand Central Terminal. The train ride will take approximately 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal, exit the station and head east towards 42nd Street. Turn left on 42nd Street and walk three blocks to 1st Avenue. Turn right on 1st Avenue and continue walking until you reach East 45th Street. Turn left on East 45th Street, and you will find the United Nations Headquarters at 405 E 45th St on your left.

From Yonkers, you can take the Bee-Line Bus #1 towards New York City. Board the bus at a nearby stop, and it will take you directly to the Bronx Terminal Market. At the terminal, transfer to the MTA Subway. Take the D train towards Brooklyn and transfer at 42nd Street - Times Square to the 7 train towards Flushing. Get off at the 5th Avenue stop. From there, walk east to 1st Avenue, turn right, and walk down to East 45th Street. Turn left, and you will see the United Nations Headquarters at 405 E 45th St.
