    Start from Yonkers Station, located at 1 Alexander Street, Yonkers, NY. Take the Metro-North Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. Ensure you check the schedule for the next train to avoid long waits. Once on the train, enjoy the scenic ride along the Hudson River. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Harlem-125th Street' station. From there, transfer to the subway and take the 2 or 3 train towards Wall Street. After a few stops, get off at the 'Wall Street' station. Exit the station and walk west along Wall Street until you reach Battery Park. Continue walking until you see Brookfield Place on your left at 230 Vesey St.

    From the Yonkers Transit Center, which is located at 1-5 Main Street, take the Bee-Line Bus route 1 or 2 towards Manhattan. Check the bus schedule for the next departure. After about 45 minutes, you will arrive at the George Washington Bridge Bus Terminal. From there, transfer to the MTA express bus (BXM1 or BXM2) heading towards downtown Manhattan. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the stop near Battery Park. Walk west to find Brookfield Place at 230 Vesey St.

    Head to the Yonkers waterfront and look for the NY Waterway Ferry terminal. Purchase a ticket for the ferry heading to Wall Street/Pier 11.
