Stay on the bus for approximately 25 minutes until you reach the 42nd St/5th Ave stop in Manhattan. Once you disembark, walk south on 5th Avenue toward Broadway. Continue walking until you reach 599 Broadway, which will be on your left.

Head to the Yonkers Metro-North station. Take the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. The ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you reach Grand Central, follow the signs to the 42nd Street exit. Once outside, walk west on 42nd Street until you reach Broadway. Turn south and walk until you reach 599 Broadway.

From Yonkers, take a local bus or walk to the nearest Metro-North station and board a train towards Grand Central Terminal. Upon arrival, transfer to the subway and take the 7 train towards Flushing. Get off at the Times Square-42nd Street station. From there, walk south on 7th Avenue until you reach 42nd Street. Turn left and walk to Broadway; 599 Broadway will be on your left.

If you are near the Yonkers waterfront, you can enjoy a scenic walk. Start at the waterfront and head east towards Warburton Avenue. Follow Warburton Avenue north until you reach Main Street. Walk south on Main Street until you find a bus stop to catch the BxM4C or head to the Yonkers Metro-North station to start your journey to 599 Broadway.
