Bus
From downtown Yonkers, walk to the Yonkers Transit Center located at 5 Main Street. Take the Bee-Line Bus #1 towards The Bronx. Get off at the bus stop at 125th Street and Broadway. From there, transfer to the MTA Subway (A or C line) at the 125th Street subway station. Take the subway downtown and get off at the Chambers Street station. Exit the station and walk east towards Broadway. The Cunard Building is located at 25 Broadway; it's about a 10-minute walk from the subway exit.
Train
Head to the Yonkers Metro-North train station located at 1 Alexander Street. Take the Metro-North Hudson Line train toward Grand Central Terminal. After about 25 minutes, get off at the Grand Central Terminal stop. From Grand Central, follow the signs to the 42nd Street exit and walk towards Madison Avenue. Turn left and walk down to 42nd Street, then turn right and head towards Broadway. Continue walking south on Broadway for about 15 minutes until you reach the Cunard Building at 25 Broadway.
Walk
If you're in the vicinity of downtown Yonkers, you can take a leisurely walk to the Cunard Building. Start at the Yonkers Riverfront Green Park and head south along the riverfront pathway. Continue walking until you reach the Hudson River Museum. From there, head towards Warburton Avenue and follow it down to the intersection with Broadway. Turn left onto Broadway and continue walking for about 1.5 miles until you reach the Cunard Building at 25 Broadway.

For a quicker option, consider taking a taxi or using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft.
