    From Yonkers, make your way to the Yonkers Metro-North Station. Once there, board the Hudson Line train heading toward Grand Central Terminal. The ride will take approximately 25 minutes. Disembark at the 125th St station in Manhattan. After exiting the station, transfer to the A or C subway line at 125th St. Take the A or C train downtown toward Manhattan. Ride for about 8 stops and get off at the West 4th St station. After getting off, follow the signs to exit the station onto Washington Square Park. From there, walk south towards Sheridan Square, which is just a short 5-minute walk away.

    Begin your journey by walking to the nearest bus stop for the Bee-Line Bus service, specifically the number 1 or 2 line. Catch the bus towards the Bronx and ride it until you reach the Metro-North Station in Yonkers. From there, board the Metro-North train heading to Grand Central Terminal. After arriving at Grand Central, exit the station and catch the M20 bus from the bus terminal towards South Ferry. Get off at the Christopher St/Sheridan Square stop and walk a few steps to reach Sheridan Square.

    If you're staying in central Yonkers, you can enjoy a scenic walk to the Hudson River waterfront, which is about a 20-minute walk south. Once at the waterfront, you can take a leisurely stroll along the river, enjoying the views. From the waterfront, you can walk west towards the nearest subway station (Yonkers Metro-North Station) to board a train heading to Manhattan and follow the subway directions mentioned earlier to reach Sheridan Square.
