From Auckland Central, take the bus number 875 from the Auckland Transport bus terminal. This bus will take you to Albany Station. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Albany Station, exit the bus and walk towards Albany Highway.

From Albany Station, walk towards the Albany Shopping Centre. As you reach the shopping centre, look for the entrance to the 'Lucas Creek Walkway' located near the northern end of the complex. Follow the walkway signs that lead you through the parkland.

Continue walking along the Lucas Creek Walkway, which will take you through a scenic area with native bush and streams. The walk is approximately 1.5 km and should take around 20-30 minutes. Keep an eye out for directional signs that guide you towards Lucas Creek Waterfall.
