From Auckland Central, head to the nearest bus stop and catch the bus number 22, which travels toward West Auckland. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop for 'Great North Road near Waterview'. From there, walk approximately 10 minutes down Great North Road, and you will find the Oakley Creek Walkway at 1510 Great North Road.

Take the Western Line train from Auckland Britomart Station towards Swanson. After about 15 minutes, get off at the 'Mount Albert' station. From there, transfer to bus number 22 or 31, which will take you toward Waterview. Get off at 'Great North Road near Waterview', and walk for about 10 minutes to reach the Oakley Creek Walkway located at 1510 Great North Road.

Start from the intersection of Great North Road and Blockhouse Bay Road, head north on Great North Road, and continue walking for about 15 minutes.
