Getting There

  • Bus

    If you are starting from Cathedral Square, walk to the bus stop located on the corner of Worcester Street and Cathedral Square. Take the bus number 29 or 3 heading towards Addington. The journey takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Keep an eye out for the Addington stop, which is near the railway station. Once you get off, walk for about 3 minutes to reach Christchurch Railway Station at 20 Moorhouse Avenue.

    From Cathedral Square, walk to the nearest tram stop located on High Street. Board the tram heading towards the Museum. After about 5 stops, get off at the 'Addington' tram stop. From there, walk approximately 10 minutes down Moorhouse Avenue, and you will arrive at the Christchurch Railway Station.
