If you are starting from the Invercargill city center, head south towards Dee Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Tay Street. Turn left onto Tay Street and walk until you reach the intersection with Kew Road. Turn right onto Kew Road and continue walking. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will reach the entrance to Thomsons Bush, located on your left side.

From the city center, catch the Southland bus service from the Invercargill bus terminal, heading towards Prestonville. Make sure to check the bus schedule for times. Get off at the stop on Kew Road near the intersection with Tay Street. From there, walk a short distance down Kew Road, and you will find Thomsons Bush on your left.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in the city center. Start by heading south on Dee Street until you reach Tay Street, then turn left. Continue along Tay Street until you reach Kew Road, turn right, and ride straight. Thomsons Bush will be on your left after about 1.5 kilometers.
