From the Masterton town center, walk to the Masterton Bus Stop located at 119 Queen Street. Take the 'Masterton to Carterton' bus service. The bus will take you towards Carterton. Inform the driver that you are heading to Ponatahi Road. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Ponatahi Road.

Once you get off the bus, walk along Ponatahi Road. Head northeast on Ponatahi Road for about 1 kilometer, following the road signs. Star Safari is located at 1169 Ponatahi Road. You will see a sign for Star Safari on your right-hand side. The walk should take around 15-20 minutes.
