If you are starting from the Napier i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 100 Marine Parade, head south on Marine Parade towards the intersection with Tennyson Street. At the intersection, turn left onto Tennyson Street. Continue walking along Tennyson Street for approximately 1 km, and you will find the Daily Telegraph Building at 49 Tennyson Street, on your right. The building is a notable historic site, so keep an eye out for its distinctive architecture.

From Napier i-SITE Visitor Centre, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Marine Parade. Take the local bus that goes towards Tennyson Street (check the local bus schedule for routes). After about 5-10 minutes, disembark at the Tennyson Street stop. From there, walk a short distance of about 200 meters to reach the Daily Telegraph Building at 49 Tennyson Street.
