Walking
If you are in central Napier, start at the Napier i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 100 Marine Parade. Head east on Marine Parade, walking towards the ocean. Continue walking along Marine Parade for about 1 kilometer until you reach 117 Marine Parade. The Napier City Bike Hire & Tours will be on your left, just past the intersection with Tennyson Street.

From the Napier i-SITE Visitor Centre, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Marine Parade. Catch bus number '11' towards 'Taradale'. Stay on the bus for about 5 minutes and disembark at the 'Marine Parade' stop. Once you get off, walk back towards the east for a short distance, and you will find Napier City Bike Hire & Tours at 117 Marine Parade on your left.
