If you are in the Napier city center, start at the Napier i-SITE Visitor Information Centre located at 100 Marine Parade. From the i-SITE, head south on Marine Parade towards Tennyson Street. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Tennyson Street. Turn left onto Tennyson Street. Walk for another 400 meters, and you will find the Art Deco Festival Napier at 7 Tennyson Street, on your left.

To reach the Art Deco Festival Napier using public transport, head to the nearest bus stop in the Napier city center, such as the one located at 100 Marine Parade. Check the local bus schedules for routes that head towards Napier South. Board a bus that travels towards Tennyson Street. Disembark at the Tennyson Street stop. From there, walk about 200 meters towards the west along Tennyson Street, and you will arrive at 7 Tennyson Street, the location of the festival.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Napier. Start at the Marine Parade and head south towards Tennyson Street. Continue cycling along Marine Parade until you reach the Tennyson Street intersection. Turn left on Tennyson Street and cycle for about 400 meters. The Art Deco Festival Napier will be on your left at 7 Tennyson Street. There are bike racks available for parking your bicycle at the venue.
