Walking
If you are starting from the Napier i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 100 Marine Parade, head south on Marine Parade. Continue walking along the waterfront for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several cafes and shops along the way. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Bluff Hill. The Tom Parker Fountain is located at 56 Marine Parade, just past the Bluff Hill lookout area. Look for the fountain on your left side as you approach the area.

Public Transport
From the Napier i-SITE Visitor Centre, take the local bus service towards Bluff Hill. You can catch the bus from the nearby bus stop located on Marine Parade. Once on board, inform the driver that you want to get off at Bluff Hill. The bus will take you up to Bluff Hill, where you can get off near the intersection with Marine Parade. From there, walk a short distance down Marine Parade towards the water, and you will find the Tom Parker Fountain located at 56 Marine Parade.

If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Napier. Starting from the Napier i-SITE Visitor Centre, ride south on Marine Parade, following the beachfront path. Continue along the path, which will take you directly to Bluff Hill. Once you reach Bluff Hill, look for signs directing you to the Tom Parker Fountain at 56 Marine Parade, which is a short ride down the hill.
