Walking
If you are starting from Napier's city center (e.g., from the Napier i-SITE Visitor Centre), head towards Marine Parade. Walk along Marine Parade until you reach the intersection with Tennyson Street. Turn left onto Tennyson Street and walk until you reach the roundabout at the end. From there, take the second exit onto Lighthouse Road. Continue straight along Lighthouse Road, and you will see the entrance to Bluff Hill Lookout on your right.
