If you are starting from Napier's city center, head southeast on Emerson Street towards the waterfront. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Marine Parade. Turn left onto Marine Parade and follow the road. You will pass several parks and gardens on your way. Keep walking for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the Marine Parade viewing platform located at 60 Marine Parade. The viewing platform will be on your right side, and it is easily recognizable by its observation deck.
