Continue on SH1 until you see signs for Owaka, where you will turn onto Owaka Valley Road. Follow this road until you reach the Cathedral Caves car park, which is located about 10 minutes’ drive from Owaka. The total drive time from Dunedin is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. Note that there is a parking fee of NZD 5 at the car park.
