Walking
If you are starting from the Queenstown CBD (Central Business District), head south on Shotover Street towards the waterfront. Continue straight onto Marine Parade, and walk along this pathway for approximately 10-15 minutes, enjoying the scenic views of Lake Wakatipu. The Statue of William Rees is located at 3 Marine Parade. It will be on your left, just before you reach the scenic gardens.

If you prefer to take public transport, you can catch a bus from the Queenstown bus terminal. Look for routes that head towards the Frankton area. Once on the bus, inform the driver you need to stop at the Marine Parade. After getting off, walk east along Marine Parade for about 5 minutes, and you will find the Statue of William Rees at 3 Marine Parade.

If you have access to a bike, start from the Queenstown Gardens. Exit the gardens and head down towards the lakefront. Follow the path along the lake, making your way to Marine Parade. As you ride along Marine Parade, continue for about 5 minutes, and you will see the Statue of William Rees on your right at 3 Marine Parade.
