If you are starting from the Rotorua i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 1170 Fenton Street, walk south towards the intersection with Victoria Street. Turn left onto Victoria Street and head east until you reach the intersection with Fairy Springs Road. Turn right onto Fairy Springs Road. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach 147 Fairy Springs Road. The entrance to Rotorua Canopy Tours will be on your left.

From the Rotorua i-SITE Visitor Centre, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Fenton Street. Catch the 'Red Line' bus towards Fairy Springs. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the Fairy Springs Road stop. From there, it’s a short walk of about 200 meters to 147 Fairy Springs Road, where Rotorua Canopy Tours is located.
