Walking
If you are starting from the Rotorua i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 1167 Fenton Street, exit the building and head south on Fenton Street. Continue for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Lake Road. Turn left onto Lake Road and walk for another 300 meters. At the end of Lake Road, you will find the entrance to the Lakefront Drive. Follow Lakefront Drive, and after about 100 meters, you will arrive at Volcanic Air located at 1 Lakefront Drive.

From the Rotorua i-SITE Visitor Centre, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Fenton Street. Take the number 1 bus towards Ngongotaha. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the stop near the intersection of Lake Road and Lakefront Drive. From there, walk towards Lakefront Drive (approximately 200 meters) and you will arrive at Volcanic Air at 1 Lakefront Drive.
