Walking
If you are starting from the Rotorua i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 1167 Fenton Street, exit the building and head south on Fenton Street. Walk for about 10 minutes (approximately 800 meters) until you reach the intersection with Kuirau Street. Turn left onto Kuirau Street and continue walking for about 600 meters. Kuirau Park will be on your right side. Look for the signs indicating the Mud Pools as you approach the park.

Public Transport
You can take a local bus from various locations in Rotorua. Head to the nearest bus stop and catch a bus heading towards the central Rotorua area. The bus journey should take about 10-15 minutes depending on your starting point. Alight at the Kuirau Street stop. From there, walk south on Kuirau Street for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Kuirau Park - Mud Pools on your left.

Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike from a local rental shop. Start from the Rotorua city center and head towards Kuirau Street. Cycling along Fenton Street, continue until you reach Kuirau Street. Turn left onto Kuirau Street and cycle for about 600 meters. You will find Kuirau Park on your right. The route is mostly flat and suitable for cyclists of all skill levels.
