Turn onto Aorere Valley Road and continue for about 12 km. Look out for the signs directing you towards the Aorere Goldfields Conservation Area. Once you reach Devils Boots Road, turn left, and you will find the entrance to the Aorere Goldfields shortly after. The total driving time is approximately 1.5 hours from Nelson.
