If you are traveling by car, start your journey in Tasman. From the center of Tasman, head southwest on State Highway 60 towards Takaka. Continue on State Highway 60 for about 20 minutes until you reach the junction with Aorere Valley Road. Turn right onto Aorere Valley Road and follow it for approximately 15 minutes. You will see the sign for Salisbury Falls on your left. The exact address is 461 Aorere Valley Road, Bainham 7073. There is no entry fee to visit the falls.

To reach Salisbury Falls via public transport, first take a bus from Tasman to Takaka. The bus service operates regularly, and the journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once in Takaka, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to reach Salisbury Falls, as there is no direct public transport service to the falls. The taxi ride from Takaka to Salisbury Falls will take approximately 20 minutes and could cost around NZD 30-40 depending on the taxi company.
