Walking
If you are starting from the Tauranga Visitor Information Centre located at 91 Willow Street, head south on Willow Street towards Elizabeth Street. Turn left onto Elizabeth Street and continue until you reach Devonport Road. Turn right onto Devonport Road. Continue walking for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at Tauranga Downtown located at 58 Devonport Road. Look for the shopping mall and park area on your left.

From the Tauranga CBD, find the nearest bus stop along Cameron Road. Look for buses heading towards the Mount Maunganui route. Board the bus and inform the driver you want to get off at Devonport Road. The bus will take you directly to the stop near Tauranga Downtown. Once you get off, walk a short distance to 58 Devonport Road, where you will find the shopping mall and park.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Tauranga Waterfront. Follow the cycle path along the waterfront until you reach the junction with The Strand. Head towards the city center, and then take a right onto Devonport Road. Continue cycling until you reach 58 Devonport Road, which is Tauranga Downtown.
