For those who prefer to walk, the museum is easily accessible from most accommodations in Waitomo Caves. From the Waitomo Glowworm Caves, take the path leading towards Waitomo Village Road. It will take about 10 minutes to walk the 800 meters to the museum. Just follow the road, and you will see the museum on your left-hand side.
