Bus
From Wanaka, head to the Wanaka bus stop located on Ardmore Street, opposite the lakefront. Take the InterCity bus towards Queenstown. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Queenstown bus terminal, exit the terminal and head towards Shotover Street. Look for the bus stop for the local bus service. Take the bus number 1 towards Frankton, and get off at the stop at Kelvin Heights. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to eforea Spa at Hilton Queenstown, located at 79 Peninsula Road.

Bike
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Wanaka. Start your journey by cycling along the lakefront towards the Wanaka-Mount Aspiring Road. Follow the road signs towards Queenstown, which is approximately 65 km away. After around 25 km, you will reach the turn-off for Kelvin Heights. Follow the signs to Peninsula Road. Once you arrive, eforea Spa will be on your right at 79 Peninsula Road.

Walking
For a scenic walking option, you can walk to the nearest bus stop and take the bus to Queenstown as described above. However, if you want to experience the beauty of the area, you could walk along the lakefront from Wanaka to the outskirts of Queenstown. The walk is about 65 km and takes approximately 14 hours, so it's advisable to plan for an overnight stay or start early in the morning. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water and snacks. Once you reach Queenstown, you can follow the same directions as above to reach eforea Spa at Hilton Queenstown.
