    From the Wanaka i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 103 Ardmore Street, head east on Ardmore Street towards Upton Street. After about 200 meters, turn left onto Upton Street. Continue walking straight for approximately 400 meters, and you will find the Wānaka War Memorial at 11 Upton Street on your left. The memorial is located in a scenic park area overlooking the lake.

    If you are renting a bicycle, start from the Wanaka Town Centre and head towards the lakefront. Follow the lake path towards the north side.
