If you are in the central area of Wellington, head towards the Courtenay Place. From Courtenay Place, walk down Tory Street until you reach Eva Street. Turn left onto Eva Street, and continue until you reach 5 Eva Street. The Wellington Chocolate Factory will be on your right.

Although trams do not run directly to Eva Street, you can take the Wellington Cable Car from Lambton Quay to Kelburn.
