If you are starting from Wellington's central business district (CBD), head south on Lambton Quay towards the waterfront. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Willeston Street. Cross over to Willeston Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Victoria Street. Turn left onto Victoria Street and walk towards the Te Aro area. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Ghuznee Street. From there, turn right onto Ghuznee Street and continue straight. You will see Bucket Fountain located in the middle of the square at the intersection with Allen Street.

Public Transport (Bus)
Start from any bus stop in the Wellington CBD. Catch a bus heading towards Te Aro. You can take buses with routes that include stops at Courtenay Place or Victoria Street. Disembark at the stop closest to the intersection of Victoria Street and Ghuznee Street. From there, walk down Ghuznee Street, and you will see Bucket Fountain in the square ahead.

If you have a bike, start from the Wellington waterfront and head towards the bike paths that lead up to the CBD. Make your way to Victoria Street by following the cycle lanes. Once on Victoria Street, cycle towards Te Aro. As you approach the intersection with Ghuznee Street, look for Bucket Fountain; it's located in the square at that intersection.
