If you are in Whangarei's city center, start at the Whangarei Town Basin. Head east along the waterfront promenade until you reach the junction with Bank Street. Turn left onto Bank Street and continue until you reach the roundabout. Here, take the second exit onto State Highway 1 (SH1). Walk approximately 1 kilometer along SH1, and when you reach the intersection with First Avenue, turn right. Botanica Whangarei is located at 2 First Avenue, just a short walk down on the left.

From the Whangarei Transport Centre, take the bus heading towards the Avenues. The bus will take you along a route that has stops near First Avenue. Disembark at the stop closest to First Avenue. From there, walk towards First Avenue and turn left. Botanica Whangarei is located at 2 First Avenue, a short stroll away from the bus stop.

If you have a bicycle, start from the Whangarei Town Basin. Head east along the waterfront and follow the bike path that leads to the main roads. Continue on the bike path until you reach Bank Street. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto SH1 and cycle approximately 1 kilometer. Turn right onto First Avenue. Botanica Whangarei is located at 2 First Avenue, easily accessible from the bike lane.
