Walking
From the Whangarei Town Basin, head northwest along Dent Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Bank Street. Turn right onto Bank Street and follow it until you reach the end. At the end of Bank Street, turn left onto Hatea Drive. Follow Hatea Drive until you see Putahi Park on your right. The park entrance is clearly marked and accessible.
