Turn left and follow the signs for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach Selva Negra. Make sure to keep an eye out for road conditions, as some areas may be rough.

  To reach Selva Negra via public transport, take a bus from Jinotega to Matagalpa. Buses leave regularly from the Jinotega bus terminal, and the fare is typically around 30-50 NIO. The journey takes approximately 1-1.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Matagalpa bus terminal, look for a bus heading to Selva Negra or ask locals for directions.
