Getting There

• Car

Head northeast on the main road (Carretera Jinotega - Matagalpa) for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the road leading to La Concordia. Turn left onto this road and continue for about 5 kilometers. You'll see a sign pointing to Mirador Los Papales. Follow the road until you reach the parking area near the observation deck. Ensure your vehicle is in good condition, as some parts of the road may be rough.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Mirador Los Papales using public transportation, start from the central bus station in Jinotega. Look for a bus or a pickup truck heading towards La Concordia. The fare is typically around 20-30 córdobas (approximately 0.70-1.00 USD). Once you arrive in La Concordia, you may need to hire a local taxi (which could cost around 100-150 córdobas or about 3-5 USD) to take you directly to Mirador Los Papales.
