If you are in Moyogalpa, start at the central park near the ferry terminal. Head east on Calle 1 until you reach the main road (Carretera). Turn left and continue walking for about 2 blocks. Once you reach the intersection, turn right onto Calle 2. Continue walking for 2 more blocks until you see Hostel Coco's on your left, located 2 blocks east and 3 blocks south of the ferry terminal.
