Getting There

Walking
From the center of San Juan del Sur, head towards the main beach area. Walk along the beachfront promenade until you reach the southern end of the beach. You will encounter a small path that leads directly to the next beach, Playa Marsella. Continue along this path, keeping the ocean on your right. After about 20 minutes of walking, you will reach Playa Marsella. From there, you need to take a local path that leads north up the coast. Follow this trail for approximately 30-40 minutes until you reach Playa El Jobo. Be sure to stay aware of your surroundings and enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way.

Taxi
If you prefer not to walk, you can take a taxi from San Juan del Sur to Playa El Jobo. Head to any of the taxi stands located near the main beach or ask your hotel to arrange a taxi for you. It's about a 30-minute drive. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your trip, as taxis in the area do not have meters.
