From the center of Uyo, head towards the Uyo Central Market. Once you reach the market, look for the main road leading to Calabar. Continue walking straight until you reach the junction at Abak Road. Turn left onto Abak Road and continue walking for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with Calabar Road. Turn right onto Calabar Road and walk straight for another 2 kilometers. You will eventually see signs directing you to the Slave Trade Museum on your left in Duke Town.

If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a motorcycle taxi (locally known as Okada). From any central location in Uyo, tell the rider to take you to the Uyo Central Market. Once there, ask them to proceed towards Calabar Road. The rider will navigate through the traffic, and you should request they drop you off at the Slave Trade Museum upon arrival in Duke Town.
Tricycle (Keke Napep)
You can also use a tricycle to get to the Slave Trade Museum. Board a tricycle heading towards Calabar Road at any nearby station in Uyo. Make sure to tell the driver to take you to the Slave Trade Museum in Duke Town. The trip should take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, and the driver will know the location.
