From the centre of Burnt Pine, start at the Norfolk Island Central School on Taylors Road. Head south on Taylors Road until you reach the intersection with Queen Elizabeth Avenue. Turn left onto Queen Elizabeth Avenue. Continue walking along Queen Elizabeth Avenue, cross over the roundabout, and follow the road as it curves to the right. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will reach a fork in the road. Take the left path onto Stockyard Road. Continue walking until you reach a small sign indicating the trail to Garnet Point. Follow the trail, which will lead you through beautiful natural scenery and eventually to Garnet Point, where you can enjoy the stunning views.

Alternatively, if you are near the Burnt Pine Shopping Centre, exit the centre and head east on Burnt Pine Road. Walk straight until you see the intersection with Cascade Road.
