Start at the Cascade Bay area, where you can enjoy the scenic views. From here, head southeast along Cascade Road, walking towards the center of Cascade. As you walk, you will pass local shops and cafes. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Queen Elizabeth Avenue. Turn left onto Queen Elizabeth Avenue and walk until you reach the end of the road. Rocky Point is located just beyond the end of the road, accessible through a walking path leading to the Rocky Point Reserve. The total walking distance is approximately 2 kilometers, which should take around 30-40 minutes.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can take a more scenic route. Begin at Cascade Bay and cycle along Cascade Road heading southeast. When you reach the intersection with Queen Elizabeth Avenue, turn left. Continue cycling straight until you arrive at the end of the road. Look for the bike-friendly path leading to Rocky Point Reserve. This route covers about 2 kilometers and should take 10-15 minutes depending on your cycling speed.
