Start from the center of Boone, specifically at the Boone Town Hall located at 567 W King St. Walk west on W King St for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with US-321. Turn right onto US-321 and walk approximately 1.5 miles until you reach the sign for Blowing Rock. Continue straight for another 3 miles. You will see signs for the Mile High Swinging Bridge. Follow the signs for the bridge, which will lead you to the entrance at 2050 Blowing Rock Hwy in Linville, NC.

If you are renting a bicycle in Boone, start from the Boone Greenway Trailhead located at 2400 Blowing Rock Rd. Head south on the trail for approximately 2.5 miles until you reach the intersection with US-321. Turn left onto US-321 and continue for about 1.5 miles. Look for the signs to the Mile High Swinging Bridge. Follow those signs to reach 2050 Blowing Rock Hwy in Linville, NC.
